General information about the enrollment process (Fall 2017 /Spring 2018)

Enrollment process – Step 1: Complete enrollment form To begin, complete the registration form available on ABRACE’s website, on the page “Children’s Program/Enrollment”. Completing this form for each child is the first step in the enrollment process and is required for everyone. Students enrolled in the previous semester who are interested in continuing will receive priority registration, as long as they complete the more basic enrollment form by July 31. After August 1, space will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Enrollment process – Step 2: Financial commitment and payment Upon completion of the enrollment form, the family commits to the payment of the program, therefore, a few days after submitting the form, the family should receive an invoice to the email address designated on the form. Reimbursement of payment will only be processed if cancellation request is received by email on or before August 24. Enrollment or late fees are not subject to reimbursement, and a 10% service fee will be charged. From August 25 on, no cancellations or refunds will be made. Families with open balances with ABRACE will not be eligible to enroll students in the next term.
Deadlines and fees The course fee remains the same. Tuition may increase based on when registration is completed, in accordance with the following dates:
- Registrations completed on or before August 15:
- Children 3, 4 and 5 years old: US$ 390.00
- Children 6 year old and older: US$ 365.00
- Registrations completed on or after August 16:
- Children 3, 4 and 5 years old: US$ 410.00
- Children 6 year old and older: US$ 383.00
